Directions for Use

See above link for at home pregnancy massage guide. Gently massage a small amount onto your neck, shoulders, back, ankles, or desired body area where discomfort occurs, until absorbed into the skin. Repeat as necessary. Recommended for use from second trimester only and safe for use postpartum. For external use only. Please seek professional guidance for deep tissue massage during pregnancy. Patch test before first use. If any irritation occurs, rinse with warm soapy water.

Good body cream

I love this magnesium rub. It smells amazing and absorbs so well into the skin. It’s hard to sleep at night so I use it before bed, and it really helps with my sore sides and body ache

Feels and smells great

It's a nice thick cream but doesn't feel sticky. Seems to be helping slightly with the leg cramps. It's only been a couple days though.

Restorative, relaxing and muscle ache relief
