Shipping & Delivery

We are working hard to get your PURE MAMA goodness to you. 

Economy orders are sent from our California warehouse via Fedex Ground on a 1–5 business day service (5–7 business day service for Alaska). Orders to Hawaii are sent with USPS and can take 7+ days to arrive.

Express orders are sent via Fedex on a 2 business day service. This does not include the weekend. 

We will always try and dispatch before 2pm, but please note shipping confirmation might not be available until 3-5 days after you place your order.

Please note over bank holidays, there may be some additional delays to the courier network. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. We will work our hardest to get your order sent out as soon as possible.  

 

TRACKING

Tracking is provided for all orders. You will be sent an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
