Shipping & Delivery

We are working hard to get your PURE MAMA goodness to you. 

Economy orders are sent from our California warehouse via Fedex Ground on a 1–5 business day service (5–7 business day service for Alaska). Orders to Hawaii are sent with USPS and can take 7+ days to arrive.

Express orders are sent via Fedex on a 2 business day service. This does not include the weekend. 

We always aim for prompt delivery, however occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier demand, weather, and destination location. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information to keep you updated every step of the way. Over bank holidays, there may also be some additional delays to the carrier network.

We endeavour to dispatch before 2pm, but occasionally shipping confirmation might not be available until 3-5 days after you place your order.
