Directions for Use

See above link for at home pregnancy massage guide. Gently massage a small amount onto your neck, shoulders, back, ankles, or desired body area where discomfort occurs, until absorbed into the skin. Repeat as necessary. Recommended for use from second trimester only and safe for use postpartum. For external use only. Please seek professional guidance for deep tissue massage during pregnancy. Patch test before first use. If any irritation occurs, rinse with warm soapy water.

I have really bad restless leg syndrome during my pregnancy and had bought several other topical magnesium gels/oils and honestly hate the way they feel. I’ve got this medical condition that’s hard to explain, but I get weekly migraines with vomiting. This rub was really good for my sore aching body the next day.
