My order is broken, faulty or damaged

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will do our best to fix any issues. Please get in touch to specify the concern and we will either send you a replacement product or provide a refund.

Returns policy

Unopened items can be refunded if returned within 15 days of delivery (exceptions can be made). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that your received it, unused and it its original packaging. 

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Restocking fee may apply.
